About the Author, Peter N. Glaskowsky

I'm a professional nerd living in Silicon Valley, California­ heaven for a guy like me. I've been a computer hobbyist for twenty years now. Everywhere else I've lived, this made me unique. Here, it makes me a newbie. I think that's great. :-)

I'm currently working as a senior analyst for MicroDesign Resources, a computer industry publishing company. On my own time, I mess around with my SPARCstation, four Apple Macintosh computers, two PDAs and one Windows-based pen computer, take pictures with my really big camera, and do the occasional small electronic design project. I told you I was a nerd. :-)
